Objective: Design and build new front porch steps. Paint Exterior of House new color scheme, Design driveway gates and backyard fencing. Design and build an outdoor kitchen and a relaxing courtyard. Find a solution to the old and cracking plaster walls in the Attic bedrooms. While keeping with a style and look of a small turn of the century mountain home.

Polo Club house

Objective: Create a design to the exterior of the house to give the home an obvious front entry door. Resolve the issue with runoff from the roof pooling at the entry area of the house and the garage. Make a new driveway that makes it easier to back out cars and drive away rather than backing out into the street.

4th Street Cherry Creek

Objective: Re-model entire house interior and re-stucco exterior of 3 story Town house. Create a solution so that when needed they could close off the kitchen to the family room and patio terrace but also allow for an open kitchen concept when wanted. Change window treatments and replaced solid door with frosted glass interior doors to provide more natural light and airy style.

CENTENNIAL house

Objective: Re-model the home's interior removing the 1980's style and architecture and Design a look that is a bit more formal and contemporary in style.
